Rogue for xbox360?

I just want to start by saying that this is my favorite rendition of rogue, and wanted to ask if there were any plans of making a version of rogue for the xbox 360 by way of the DNA creators club, and community games service, because I know I would defitately re-purchase a chronosoft rogue for the 360 if it were made available for it.

Doing games on the Xbox360 is possible, my background includes a lot of Visual Studio and PC programming. I've actually got quite a few .NET, DirectX and XNA books kicking around here! The interface would need some major changes to work with a controller, but I think it could be done.

If we decide to port any of our current or future work to other platforms I will definitely make announcements everywhere!

I gathered a direct port would not be likely, :p but I was just curious, thanks for the reply and I hope to see some more of your products around, it gives me the jollies just thinking of it!

Hi, everybody. First post here, but I've been addicted to Rogue twice in my life now - the first time was in the late 80's, when I played it on my PCjr and also at college on my "portable" briefcase sized computer that I had on load. I played the game through almost all of my programming classes since I wouldn't have learned much in them. Heck, I could have been teaching the classes at the time... so I just had fun playing Rogue for hours on end.

And now for the last few months, I've gotten addicted again. I can't stop playing. Anytime I'm stuck somewhere for a couple of minutes, in the car, at the office, waiting for a meeting, there I go, back into my iPhone to play. I've beaten the game once now, and that's been a long time coming.

BUT the real reason I'm here and posting my first message in this thread, is to chime in and say that I've got a 360 too, and nothing would please me more than to be able to play on there. I would definitely re-subscribe and pay the fee again.

I love the game, thanks for taking the time to put it on the phone!

I certainly wouldn't rule out ports of Rogue Touch and other upcoming titles. Not this year, but in 2011? Maybe Mac and PC versions... Perhaps to the XBox360 arcade, or possibly even Windows 7 phones

Note I'd only do Windows 7 Phones if they don't make a fragmented mess of the 7 phone market by having 10 different resolutions, keyboard and touch, touch only, keyboard only, dial-pad only... Oh and definitely NOT Android. The Android market is a mess already, and I want no part of it until something changes there.
