Where/How does one get to the Settings screen?

I just downloaded the new update and cannot find out where to go.

Help a fool please.

Click the settings app (Picture of gears)
Scroll down to the bottom and tap Rogue touch.

Ah, I was searching all over on Rogue Touch for it, thanks.
