Nonswipable picklist

noticed a problem in the current version of RT.

I read an identify scroll, then go to the picklist of my pack items. But I can't swipe the picklist down to choose anything other than the first item.

I thought this might be a corrupted game file, but it's happened three times in the last ~15 games.

What to do?

What version of iOS are you on? One of the betas for iOS 5 maybe? Let me know. A lot will be changing for RT 2.0 soon, just have to wrap up the business trip I am on and fly home next week so I can get back to work on it

This is affecting ipad with ios 4.3.1
However, when I shield my finger with something thin (shirt, kleenex) the list swipes OK.
And all following identify scroll picklists work ok with finger alone.

Weird.
