Do Bows and Arrows stack?

If I have a +4/+5 Flaming Bow and some +4/+5 Shocking Arrows, do my shots do +8/+10 with fire and electricity or is it something else?

Yes, +8/+10 with a 40% chance of fire damage and 40% chance of lightning damage per shot.

After not getting any special magic for so many games in a row, you sure got some incredible stuff right there!
Another nice thing is any "normal" arrows you find while wandering the dungeon will get a bonus applied to them when you pick them up. Basically the "magic" from your current arrows rubs onto all ammo stored in the stack. I did that to make it easier to manage arrows and bolts without having to pick which stack you are shooting from, the surprise benefit to the player is a bonus
