CD,
You mentioned the iPhone game Sword of Fargoal http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/sword-fa ... 42870?mt=8 in your Twitter feed. Very interesting rogue-like game. I have just barely checked it out but it shows promise so I bought it.

Re: Feature Requests for Rogue Touch - Part TWO!
I have a suggestion to make the current situation more realistic. How about replacing Leprechauns with Lawyers! You can even user the same letter to represent them.OhMy! wrote:1) I don't think Leprechaun's should be as aggressive as they are in this version. It used to be ...

Re: Feature Requests for Rogue Touch - Part TWO!
Mister Fluff, I like your idea about double tapping on the monster to fight to the death and double tapping on the avatar to bring up the inventory. Ssarwate, I like your idea about saving up 4 or 5 games. But, there are some restrictions that will need to be retained. Games need to be save only whe...

iCarbon, I PM'ed CD before I saw your post.. I also mentioned colored snakes as well as how Moria uses colors for other things like slime, centipedes, etc. I made a few more suggestions. One being having boss-like monsters like a multi-headed dragon that takes up multiple tile squares. Enjoy life! S...

Saving games
Hi all I finally found an easy way to save/backup my game. Well, that is if you have a jailbroken iPhone. Install the Cydia app called AppBackup. When ran, it shows the list of apps installed. Scroll down until you find RogueToych and tap on it. Initially, only options to Backup or Cancel appears. T...

Re: A look at Rogue Touch, and the future of Rogue-Like gaming
CD, Remember the complaints folks have made about not being able to track how many turns the game has taken? In the RT new features thread, I suggested tapping or double tapping the gold count indicator to have it toggle between gold count and turn count. I had also suggested similar toggles for Str...

Re: A look at Rogue Touch, and the future of Rogue-Like gaming
Regarding Graphics, performance- This is a very good and very valid issue! And it's something that I may lose a bit of sleep over. I want to balance the desire for a more beautiful game with more depth against the reality that battery life is not that great once you start with the "shiny"...

CD, I like your ideas for RTLite nad the Roguesmart store. The store should have some standard items and then some nice random items. BTW, in the store, would there be a chance of buying a cursed item that is in, let's say, the unidentified items bin? That would be interesting for risk takers to tak...

Re: Rogue dungeon not 508 compliant!
OK, the above joke may have sounded a little too harsh to be called humor. My apologies. My mind thinks weird sometimes. :) BTW, I am in real life legally blind with vision of 20/400 in the left eye and 20/200 in the right eye. With my high power reading glasses using the iPhone is not much of an is...
