Re: Feature Requests for Rogue Touch

So at this point I've been able to beat the game 3 times, twice with v1.1 and once with v1.2. I love the game, and wanted to give you my current list of enhancements focused on how to keep it appealing to replay even after winning. My current requests are: 1. It needs to be easier to throw ranged we...

Re: Bug Reports

Here's a bug I just found: I picked up some arrows, which reported as +2/+2 arrows of freezing (hurray!). But when I went into the inventory, they got grouped into the existing batch of plain old +0/+0 arrows (aww, man!) After some thought, I did figure out how to get them back -- I force-quit the g...

Re: My thoughts on 1.1

I just wanted to add that I the RNG weirdness you describe happened to me even in 1.0. I also think the new items are fun! Also it is great to have weapons be identified after first use. Is there any way to carry that to rings too? I totally agree it needs to be easier to throw items not equipped. A...

Re: I did it!

that sounds great CD! I love how committed you are to making an already great game even better! It was a great experience making it all the way to the end, but I do have to agree it is slightly unbalanced now (since this post I actually won again, this time by getting a blessed +3/+3 two handed swor...

I did it!

Without using any special secrets (that I know of, at least!), I made it out with the amulet! I do have to say though, the 1.1 changes made it much easier to do so. Midway down I obtained a +3,+3 freezing mace and that ended up to be the difference. I also got lucky and got 2 rings of slow digestion...

Re: Feature Requests for Rogue Touch

After playing more, I have an additional request: I really would like a way of more quickly (from a UI perspective) swapping equipped items. Once you get down to level 12+, you need to frequently switch what you are wearing and it takes a lot of "taps." Rings especially since you need to b...

Re: Feature Requests for Rogue Touch

Jessica, Thanks for the detailed reply. You guys are really giving the users a ton of support/feedback and that's very much appreciated. I think it will help a lot once you get some more documentation available; a lot of my questions are now being answered by reading the FAQ someone linked to earlie...

Re: Feature Requests for Rogue Touch

I said it in my first post but I'll reiterate that you've done a great job with this first release! Here are a few things I'd like to see (some have been mentioned already, so I'm adding my support): 1. Either increase of identity scrolls and/or identify the item when equipped (this does happen for ...

Re: Bug Reports

Man, 2 turns to take off armor is harsh! if that's the way it worked though, I'll have to deal with it.

Here's a small one (maybe): potions of healing seem to increase your max HP by one. Of course, I'm not complaining... :-)
